Write yourself into history.
Artist鈥檚 Note
鈥淚n my work, I鈥檝e always been concerned with the intersections between personal and public history, our national collective memory with its omissions and erasures鈥攚illed forgetting, a kind of cultural amnesia鈥攁nd the enduring need for justice for all. The pursuit of justice involves telling a fuller version of our shared history, reckoning with the past and its impact on our contemporary moment.鈥
