Angela M. Banks is Vice Dean of the Sandra Day O鈥機onnor College of Law and the Charles J. Merriam Distinguished Professor of Law at Arizona State University, Phoenix, and a member of the Council on Foreign Relations. She is the author of Civic Education in the Age of Mass Migration: Implications for Theory and Practice (2021), and numerous law review articles and book chapters.
