Christopher D. Manning
Christopher D. Manning is the Thomas M. Siebel Professor in Machine Learning and Professor of Linguistics and of Computer Science at Stanford University; Director of the Stanford Artificial Intelligence Laboratory (SAIL); and Associate Director of the Stanford Institute for Human-Centered Artificial Intelligence (HAI). He also served as President of the Association for Computational Linguistics. He is the author of Introduction to Information Retrieval (with Hinrich Sch眉tze and Prabhakar Raghavan, 2008), Foundations of Statistical Natural Language Processing (with Hinrich 厂肠丑眉迟锄别, 1999), and Complex Predicates and Information Spreading in LFG (with Avery Andrews, 1999).
