Jason Barnwell is Associate General Counsel in Microsoft’s Corporate, External, and Legal Affairs department. He is the General Manager for the department’s digital transformation. His team focuses on creating the future of Microsoft’s legal practice, building on Microsoft technologies. He advises the Law School Admission Council (LSAC) on helping undergraduate students develop skills to navigate the law school admission process and build sustainable legal careers. He advises technology startups focused on legal industry solutions. He also serves as Chairperson of the Board of Directors for the Pacific Science Center in Seattle, WA and on the Board of Directors of the Corporate Legal Operations Consortium (CLOC).
