Joni Aldrich is the Director of Catering Operations for the Academy. In this role, she works along with Academy Members, staff, and clients utilizing the Norton鈥檚 Woods Conference Center to manage both large scale and intimate events including menu planning, arranging layouts, and securing necessary vendors.
