Shani M. King is Professor of Law and Director of the Center on Children and Families at the University of Florida Levin College of Law. A former children鈥檚 rights lawyer, he has published in such journals as the Harvard Journal on Legislation, Harvard Human Rights Journal, North Carolina Law Review, and the Michigan Journal of International Law. He is coeditor of and a contributing author to TheOxford Handbook of Children鈥檚 Rights Law (forthcoming 2019).
